WE’RE RUNNING A GRASSROOTS CAMPAIGN.
YOUR SUPPORT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE.
Southwest Wisconsin, like many rural parts of our country, is facing immense challenges: declining local populations, housing shortages, the loss of local schools and healthcare providers, and dwindling job opportunities. We believe there’s a path forward to change that. When communities put aside their differences and join together in solidarity, they can accomplish what no single person can.
Joining this movement with your time, talent, or financial support is the powerful first step we can take together.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
As an independent candidate, Nathan is funding his own campaign. Despite the American Solidarity Party’s rapid growth, we are still small and limited in resources. Our party’s income primarily comes through membership fees. Unlike larger parties, we don’t receive money from corporate donors or political action committees (PACs).
-
All donations will go directly to costs associated with Nathan’s campaign: travel expenses, event space bookings, signs and other printed materials, and website hosting fees.
In the unlikely event that any funds are remaining after the campaign, they will be used to support the continued growth of the American Solidarity Party in Wisconsin.
-
No. Financial donations to political candidates, as well as other forms of goods or services, can’t be deducted from federal or state taxes based on tax code regulations.
-
Only donations of $10 or less may be accepted from anonymous donors. Any anonymous donation that exceeds that amount must in turn be donated to a common school fund or to a charitable organization. (See the official guidelines here.)
Donations of $20 or above must be itemized and reported to the Wisconsin Elections Commission with the amount, donor name, and donor address. All of this information is automatically gathered through the submission form. (Full details about reporting requirements can be be accessed through the State of Wisconsin Ethics Commission.)

Absolutely! We would love to have your support in any capacity: knocking on doors in your community to support the campaign, offering an the use of an event space that can be used for a town hall or similar meeting, manning a campaign booth at farmers’ markets or local fairs, or simply sharing content online and encouraging others to vote.
